Our houses offer stylish and contemporary accommodation for students. We are the landlords of nine properties in Worcester and deal directly with you so that you know who your landlord will be.

For the past 20 years we have bought houses in the St Johns area of Worcester and turned them into modern, comfortable homes suited to student life.

To make sure we are getting it right, we ask our students what they like about living in our houses and take this into consideration when we renovate the next house.

Once our houses have been renovated we have them inspected by Worcester City Council. The Housing Services department ensure that we have met their requirements for then issue a licence for the house. We advertise through the University of Worcester accommodation website called Studentpad.

We are also members of the National Residential Landlords Association.

Once students have chosen a house they want to live in, we meet them at the new house to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, which we read through with them, answering any questions they may have before they sign. At that time we take a deposit of £300 per student. 

When students move in we have another meeting with them to answer any further questions that may have arisen and we give them a Management Logbook explaining amongst other things safety procedures, how to contact us about any maintenance issues and rubbish collections.  At that meeting we also give students copies of current gas, electric and fire detection certificates.

Once students are happily living in the house we leave them alone to enjoy it, but if they need us to deal with a maintenance problem we respond very quickly.  We arrange a convenient time with students for one of our team of qualified electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other workmen to look at the problem and fix it.
